In case you haven’t heard this official exhibition, presented by Viking, has given lovers of the phenonmenon that is Downton Abbey in the United States a chance to “experience the history, the fashion, the house.” Umm…yes please! This fully immersive experience not only highlights some of the most memorable moments from the show (including some costumes on display) but, like with all Downton episodes, you also get a history lesson into the fascinating social history and culture of post-Edwardian England.
Downton Abbey: The Exhibition has now made it’s second stop on the tour to West Palm Beach, Florida! The exhibition is set up at City Place (575 S. Rosemary Ave) for a limited time. They haven’t announced how long they’ll be there but, if you’re not in Florida, don’t fret! They’re planning on traveling to other locations across the States and we highly recommend you signing up for their website newsletter to get updates when future tour stops get announced!
If you ask us this exhibition is the perfect antidote to the long wait we’re all attempting to endure in anticipation of the Downton Abbey movie coming to a theater near you September 2019! Check www.downtonexhibition.com for exhibition ticket info and stay tuned to VintageHQOnline.com for updates on all things Downton!
